I loved this traditional hotel and stayed for 3 nights here. The staff were constantly consistently courteous and incredibly nice.

My bed was very hard, unfortunately.

Fairly clean and WONDERFUL hotel with free parking. Excellent service from the pleasant, amicable staff members. Delicious and great breakfast, with plenty of food.

Fantastic, convenient rooms provided with the perfect temperature, huge beds and a large window. Marvellous location in Kyukaruizawa district really close to Old Karuizawa Ginza Street, and Kumoba Pond. Also, close to train station & Kyu-Kairuzawa: D

The breakfast was nice and available with great options and premium quality, for instance, the staff were consistently courteous and amazingly nice.

The location was marvellous, within walking distance of Karuizawa Oga Hall. The hotel was in a very quite area, very close to Station and Outlet Shopping Center, and cafes.

Triple room with comfortable bed, had essentials required. The setting was absolutely perfect, close to the Station and Outlet Shopping Center, the new art museum, and a huge glamorous mall with all of the most famous brands. Furthermore, close to many restaurants.

Well, no elevator.

I had a great value for my money at Hotel Karuizawa Elegance. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge bed and all the facilities I needed. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the train station and the old town. The staff was super friendly and made me feel at home.

Breakfast delights me, but it would have been even better with more variety.

The hotel was great looking, with stunning location right next to the Art Museum. We stayed in a decent sized and hugeroom with the perfect temperature, comfortable bed plus a large window. Location: the venue was near train station & Kyu-Kairuzawa.

During our recent stay at Hotel Karuizawa, we were impressed by the spacious and warm rooms. The attention to detail in the room's amenities, including comfortable pillows, mattresses, and blankets, made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, situated just minutes away from Karuizawa station and Old Karuizawa, with easy access to the Art Museum and other attractions. We also appreciated the convenience of having bicycles available for rent at the hotel. we highly recommend Hotel Karuizawa for a delightful and memorable stay.

Nice looking hotel in a beautiful position close to the bus stop for shiraito waterfall.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were very reasonable considering the spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Secondly, the attention to detail was superb. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from providing hot water in the room to offering bicycles for rent. Lastly, the location was ideal. Situated across from a beautiful forest, it offered a peaceful and serene atmosphere. I was impressed with this hotel's value, attention to detail, and location.

It was a great looking and quaint hotel in a very quiet area, just off Old Karuizawa Ginza Street and restaurants, the art museum and short drive to the outlets and the old town.
